The vibrophore is ideal for determining the fatigue characteristics of individual chain components in series production. A test frequency of up to 50Hz makes it suitable for determining the fatigue characteristics and limits of both continuous chains and chain components.

The control electronics were developed specifically for chain testing and allow even chains with large variations in amplitude to be measured. They can readily be adapted to company specific testing standards.
