The retrofit kits consist of the following basic elements:

• HydroWin 96xx or ControlCube digital measurement and control electronics
• appropriate testing software, for example Workshop 96
• special conversion sets for adaptation of existing sensors such as load cells, extensometers, etc.
• proportional or servo valve
• new hydraulic power pack or adaptation of existing hydraulic components.

HydroWin 96xx measurement and control electronics can be used for static, quasi-static and dynamic tests on materials, components and complete structures.

Servo-hydraulic test equipment requires a pressurized oil supply with an extremely high level of cleanliness and constant pressure. Pressure fluctuations must be minimal at all times, even with very irregular oil demand from the consumer.
