Tear Propagation Test

The tear propagation test is performed according to ISO 11897. The characteristics are important for finding and avoiding weak spots in packaging with folded edges or bonded seams. It can be performed on an affordable testing machine such as ProLine machines for tight budgets. In addition, it gives valuable information about the quality of materials and about the consistency of the production process.
