Paper Strip Cutter

All paper strip cutters were delivered with suppressing device and one set of spare cutting rolls. They are suitable for paper from 30 g/m² up to 350 g/m² grammage.

Circular cutters produce round samples with defined specimen surface for the Flat Crush Test (FCT) according to ISO 3035 and EN 23035.

The fluter is used for manufacturing CMT specimens according to ISO 7263, TAPPI T809, SCAN P27.

The ECT specimen saw with automatic cutting guide is used to make specimens conforming to standards for the Edge Crush Test (ECT) for corrugated cardboard in accordance to DIN EN ISO 3037.

• Specimens are made with a parallel dimension better than 0.05 mm
• Double saw blades with special toothing for best cutting performance and long edge life
• Automatic carriage feed that can be manually adjusted which ensures that all specimens are prepared under identical conditions
